"It is a luxury apartments building in Madrid's Salamanca neighbourhood, in which we managed everything to be exterior with a major construction depth and also a transparency or double lighting of the living-dining area between Lagasca street and the block's central courtyard. Its main disadvantages are that the plant lacks elasticity and also the high price that results from the installation of two elevators and a staircase in different parts of the floor for each apartment.
