"We conducted this project in full, including the interior decoration. The ground plant is very simple and the execution was very cheap, as the cost, including contingencies and raises, did not surpass 450,000 pesetas. This project, widely published subsequently, contributed very much to make us known professionally and from then on we began to work with a certain continuity in family homes".
